To begin their daily dose of fun – a first for a telco loyalty programme, all that customers need to do is to fire up the enhanced My StarHub app.

Customers can play a simple game every day for a chance to win coveted tickets to StarHub Night of Stars 2019, a star-studded night filled with the hottest celebrities from around the region this November. VIP standing tickets for The Joshua Tree Tour 2019 and Category 1 tickets for Jay Chou Concert World Tour 2020 are also up for grabs as part of the opening set of prizes.

Besides the chance to win free concert tickets, customers can browse an alluring selection of EAT, SHOP and PLAY merchant deals, ranging from 1-for-1 treats at Dunkin’ Donuts and FatPapas, to booking discounts of up to $50 at Agoda, 15% off Sinpopo Brand’s Durian Banh Mi, and 8% promotional code for Love, Bonito, among others. The minute customers like a deal, they can click on it instantaneously for immediate use.

That is not all. To celebrate this launch and thank its customers for their support, StarHub will dish out irresistible $1 treats every Saturday beginning 12 October 2019. A $1 treat from Domino’s Pizza, Gong Cha, Haagen-Dazs or Toast Box will appear in the My StarHub app. Customers with the fastest fingers will snag the treats, which can be redeemed at the respective retail outlets on the same day. Called StarHub Snapping Saturday, this tasty promotion will continue until the end of the year (excluding the last Saturday in November).

New Membership Tiers

As part of the new StarHub Rewards, StarHub has rolled out fresh membership tiers to simplify enrolment and give customers clarity on the benefits they can get. All monthly-paying customers will fall into three simple categories – Green, Gold and Platinum. They can easily view their membership status and benefits all through the My StarHub app.

New StarHub customers will automatically start at the Green tier. They just need to subscribe to at least one of these three StarHub services – StarHub Mobile postpaid, residential Pay TV or Home Broadband. As a Green member, customers can enjoy the abovementioned instant treats and lifestyle deals.

As their spend increases, they will be promoted to Gold or Platinum, unlocking more valuable perks. Gold and Platinum customers will enjoy a new exclusive reward: Complimentary VIP Hub Trooper service. These customers can at any time activate this VIP service to get on-site assistance on home networking, WiFi performance, and service troubleshooting.
