Singapore, 5 May 2020 – Following the recent launch of a dedicated Tamil movies channel Zee Thirai, StarHub today announced the addition of ADITHYA TV and KTV HD to its Tamil suite of channels. In line with its #HelloChange promise to deliver the best experience and value, StarHub is breaking its own records and delivering the strongest Tamil line-up in Singapore, with a total of 10 top-tiered Tamil channels.
StarHub’s Indian Entertainment Pass and Thangam Migai Pack customers will be able to enjoy ADITHYA TV and KTV HD across multiple screens, on any device, at no additional cost. The two channels are the latest additions to more than 200 world-class channels on StarHub, delivering 20,000 hours of fresh content every month. Existing Entertainment Pass customers can also enjoy the unrivalled flexibility to switch between passes and enjoy programmes across all genres.

Starting today, customers can enjoy non-stop rib-tickling programmes on ADITHYA TV. The 24/7 comedy channel is set to keep viewers entertained the entire day with its line-up of sit-coms, live programmes and comedies. Programme highlights include: Adithya Kalaivizha, Comedyku Naanga Guarantee and Ada Dei.
Set to be launched by May 2020, KTV HD is rated as one of the top five Tamil channels in India and a gateway to the vibrant and colourful world of Kollywood. The channel provides audience members with round the clock Kollywood movies, from the latest blockbusters to classics of the yesteryear; plus broadcast of live movie events in complete `kondattam' (celebratory) mode. Stay tuned to upcoming titles Kabali, 7 Aum Arivu, Paayum Puli and more.
All StarHub customers can enjoy a free preview of ADITHYA TV from now till 2 June 2020, 12pm on the StarHub Go Streaming app and their set-top boxes. ADITHYA TV joins the line-up of 39 channels available for free preview as part of StarHub’s customer support measures to cushion the impact of COVID-19.
Pricing and Packaging
New customers can sign up for the Indian Entertainment Pass at $29.90 per month with 24-month contract. The pass includes 24 top-tiered Indian channels and StarHub Go subscription, allowing customers to watch on the go, anytime, anywhere. Existing StarHub Entertainment customers can also purchase an additional entertainment pass at $17.90 per month.
Customers with three basic groups subscription can simply add on the Thangam Migai Pack for $21.90 per month, with a 12-month contract.
