The complimentary VIP Hub Trooper service for Gold and Platinum Customers include the following:

  1. Equipment/device installation and set-up:

    • Fibre modems and optical terminal equipment for StarHub Broadband
    • Set-top boxes for StarHub TV
    • Wireless routers, mesh WiFi systems and WiFi extender/repeater

  2. Professional WiFi survey

    • Measure overall home network coverage
    • Recommendations to improve WiFi performance
    • Recommend optimal router location(s)
    • Provide one customised WiFi report based on home layout

  3. Home networking
