What is the up to $150 additional trade-in value with Overtrade for? How can I use it?
The Overtrade value is an additional amount you can receive when you trade in any device on the StarHub Trade-in page. This value is on top of the quoted value of your device and only applicable upon successful trade-in.
To redeem this additional trade-in value, simply click the link on your order confirmation and provide proof of purchase from StarHub. Please note that the additional Overtrade value of up to $150 is valid only for trade-ins made from 19 July - 31 August 2024.
What do I need to prepare for the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series order?
For a smooth pre-order transaction, please prepare the following:

Can I reschedule my appointment after I have completed the pre-order?
Yes, you can. Simply head to our StarHub app and select an available slot.
Can I amend my booking details to change to another mobile line/device model after completing the booking?
Once the order has been submitted, we are unable to make further changes to the mobile line or device model.
I did not manage to pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series. How can I get one?
The new Samsung Galaxy Z Series will be available for purchase from our StarHub Online Store or any StarHub shop from 24 July 2024.
How do I obtain e-vouchers for the pre-order?
If you have registered your interest, you will receive an email with the e-voucher codes. Simply input the respective codes in the review page before checking out from our StarHub Online Store. No promo code is needed if you are purchasing the devices with Star Plan.
I have received my e-vouchers; how do I use it to pre-order the Samsung Galaxy Z Series?
Once you are ready with your device selection, simply input the promo code before you check out. The updated amount will be shown in the review page. If you are opting to buy now, pay later with Star Plan, you do not need to input the promo code as the discount will be auto-applied.
Pre-order with Buy Now Pay Later with Star Plan
I already have an EasyGo payment plan on my mobile phone purchased from StarHub. Can I still buy the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series on the new Buy Now Pay Later with Star Plan?
The number of EasyGo or Buy Now Pay Later payment plans a customer may sign up for varies as it is subject to each customer’s eligibility. To check your eligibility, head over to our Online Store, log in with your Hub ID, and select the Monthly Equipment Instalment plan option. If you’re eligible, you’ll be able to complete your transaction. Find out more here.
I registered my interest for the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series, and I would like to purchase the device via Buy Now Pay Later with Star Plan. How will I get my $210 rebate if I do not have a promo code?
If you wish to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Z Series via buy now, pay later on Star Plan, no promo code is needed as the discount will be auto-applied upon checkout from StarHub Online Store.
Recontracting with a Mobile+ 2-year plan
I have more than one mobile line that is eligible for contract renewal. Can I pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series for all my mobile lines?
Yes, you may pre-order the device with all your mobile lines that are eligible for recontract. Simply head towards our Online Store here and select your dream device.
Can I renew my existing mobile line with the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series?
Yes. Please check your mobile recontract eligibility via StarHub App, and you may choose to sign up or renew your mobile contract with our Mobile+ 2-year plans from 18 July. Alternatively, you may consider switching to our contract-free SIM only Star Plan, and buy your new device & pay later.
You may choose to renew your line before you’re eligible to recontract, but early termination charges will apply.
Can I use my Hub Club annual upgrade benefits for an early recontract fee waiver?
Yes, you can use your Hub Club annual upgrade benefits if you have not utilised it in the last 12 months. Please visit starhub.com/membership for details.
Can I renew my mobile line that is currently enjoying a bill rebate?
Yes, you can renew your mobile line to purchase the new Samsung Galaxy Z Series. However, do note that you will no longer be able to enjoy your existing bill rebate upon the renewal of your mobile contract.
